Baltimore’s Harbor Splash made waves on Sunday, months after it was first announced. Some people who would never swim in the harbor watched in disbelief as 150 others enthusiastically jumped in, some in costumes, to make a big splash with a party atmosphere.
It was the first legal swim in the Inner Harbor in 43 years.
