What if all the different neighborhoods in a waterfront city held a one-hour cleanup effort on the very same day? That was the concept behind “Have a Heart, Do Your Part!” in Annapolis this past weekend.
Near the Maryland State House, in Eastport, and at a church off College Creek, groups gathered to pick up trash–then enjoyed a party at the waterfront Market House.
