What began from humble beginnings in 1972 as a collection of articles from Bay Magazine launched a lifestyle for many boaters on the Chesapeake.
Considered a bible for exploring the nation’s largest estuary, the Guide begins in the north with the C&D Canal and takes boaters through nearly all the Chesapeake’s creeks, coves, bays, and towns for more than 200 miles south to the Atlantic Ocean.
