Join Calvert Library and Calvert County Public Schools for an evening with author Jason Reynolds. Mr. Reynolds is the author of numerous best selling books for middle grade children and young adults. Mr. Reynolds graduated from the Univesity of Maryland with a B.A. in English and pursued his dream of writing. He is the author of Ghost, Patina, Sunny, and Lu. His middle grades and young adult titles have won awards from the Schneider Family Book Award, Kirkus, and the prestigious Coretta Scott King award. His new book Look Both Ways was #1 on the New York Times Bestseller list. He has been featured on CBS This Morning and The Daily Show with Trevor Noah. Finally, Mr. Reynolds has personal connections to Calvert County in the form of family making this an extra special event for our community. Tickets are free. There is a 5 ticket limit per order.
