The 23rd annual Bay to Ocean Writers Conference is a one-day educational event aimed at writers of all skill levels. It features 25 different workshops on a wide variety of topics in fiction, nonfiction, poetry, publishing, editing and marketing. Offered by the Eastern Shore Writers Association, BTO runs 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.,  on March 7, 2020, at Chesapeake College, in Wye Mills, Md.
