Get down with adoptable dogs for Downward Dog at the first-ever Dog+Yoga=DOGA event from Norfolk Animal Care and Adoption Center, Yoga 108, and Elation Brewing. The event includes a full-length yoga session with instructor Annie VanHook. Then participants will paws to interact with adoptable dogs from the Norfolk Animal Care and Adoption Center. Stretch out with your heart center to unite with a fur-ever friend that can help you with all the dog poses every day. Beer and food will be available for purchase after noon. We will be sure you are not mistaken for a real tree during tree pose. Dogs will sit and namaste. Class size is limited to 30 humans, so register now on Eventbrite – just search DOGA. Only adoptable dogs from NACC are invited.
