Wellness Wednesday – Yoga and Run

A little info on what we have to offer:
Yoga: Instructor Caroline Jane will lead you through 30 minutes of Full Body Flow then 30 minutes of gentle yoga to prepare for savasana. Once you are energized you can celebrate with a glass of wine. This class is a ticketed event, $18 at the door, this includes a glass of wine.
Running Club: The club will offer a 3 mile, 4 mile, and a 5 mile course through our beautiful property. Once you are done running you can participate in a core circuit and a group stretch with fitness instructor Caitlin Fregelette.
Once you‘re done working on your fitness, bring a light dinner and enjoy a glass of wine or two as you watch the sun set over the vines.
Both the yoga class and running club start at 6:30. The Yoga will be at the Tuscan Events Building and the Running Club will meet down at the outdoor tasting room. http://www.choosecalvert.com/calendar.aspx?EID=6394
