The Cancer Survivorship Program at Anne Arundel Medical Center is getting a check for half a million dollars, thanks to a group of hardy— and generous— anglers.
This past weekend, the Annapolis-based Fish for a Cure Tournament raised a record $500,000-plus. And that money will help guide cancer patients at AAMC through the grueling treatment process. Chesapeake Bay Magazine was proud to participate in the tournament again this year, despite the choppy ride.
