The United States Powerboat Show kicks off Thursday with an impressive lineup of 450 boats on display, ranging from 8 feet to 80 feet. There are more than 40 new and premiering models for this year.
Brokerage Cove, just inside the Spa Creek bridge, is considered a “show within a show,” full of pre-owned boats offered by local and regional brokers.
The Demo Dock is expanded this year, allowing boaters to take sea trials, see new boat models, engines, and stabilizing systems designed to eliminate boat roll.
Hundreds of exhibitors will be set up on land, including yours truly, Chesapeake Bay Magazine, with a booth near the Sailing Hall of Fame.
