Baltimore County waters cover 90 square miles of the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries–but the county doesn’t have its own fire boat. That’s where the Marine Emergency Team 21 volunteers come in. They were on duty for one of the Bay’s few professional fireworks shows, in Middle River, and they rescued a total of four people over the busy holiday weekend from boating mishaps.
