Construction is officially underway on a boating center that brings water access to everyone, regardless of their physical differences. Chesapeake Region Accessible Boating (CRAB) is looking forward to making it easier for those with disabilities to get onto the Bay. Cheryl Costello joined CRAB for this milestone step in Annapolis.
