Piece by piece, a bunch of trash becomes a treasure. In honor of Baltimore’s trash-gobbling, solar- and water-powered wheel, individuals and groups from all over created a mosaic artwork. Mr. Trash Wheel’s operators hope it brings awareness to everyday waste.
