VIDEO: Baltimore’s Mr. Trash Wheel Hauled out for Repairs


“Mr. Trash Wheel,” Baltimore’s googly-eyed, water-powered trash interceptor, is missing from his post at the Inner Harbor. That’s because after five years of hauling junk out of the waterway, he’s due for a haul-out himself.
