At only 11, a Berlin, Md. boy has successfully convinced his town’s council and mayor that wood ducks need homes. Now, he’s taking it upon himself to create and install wood duck boxes in the watershed of Worcester County’s coastal bays. Cheryl Costello has more on this remarkable young man. Watch below:
