It sounds like a Chesapeake Bay kid’s dream come true (ok, and maybe some adults’ dreams, too). A waterman and his wife run “crab camp”, where kids learn every step of the crab industry, from making traps to steaming and picking the crab. They spend most of the day on the water. As Cheryl Costello shows us, the hands-on experience gives young people a new appreciation for the crabs on their table. Watch below:
