Cattail Creek, off the Magothy River in Severna Park, needed more trees to protect it from erosion. And in honor of Earth Day, more than 100 community members showed up to dig, haul and plant those trees.
The creek is undergoing a major restoration effort, with help from the Magothy River Association. Cheryl Costello was on the creek with volunteers Monday. Watch below:
