Libbey’s Coastal Kitchen & Cocktails (the site of the old Hemingway’s restaurant on Kent Island) and the adjacent Bay Bridge marina have a special new feature in time for this Memorial Day. Now owned by a Vietnam veteran, the property has a new emphasis on honoring our nation’s servicemembers.
