The 1,100-foot-long container ship sitting some 20 feet down into the silt Bay bottom off Gibson Island still hasn’t budged. Crews working around the clock in all weather have dug out tons of dredged spoils. And on Wednesday, a team of five powerful tugboats will make the second attempt to pull Ever Forward out of its stuck state.
