A Baltimore County high school senior is attracting nationwide attention for his impressive leadership skills and dedication to helping the Chesapeake Bay.
He created and put on a music festival called the Tributary Festival when he was just a freshman, and this year Towson High School student Reed Spaulding’s festival boasted two stages and 15 bands at the South Baltimore waterfront.
