Some people still can’t imagine swimming or even paddling in the Baltimore Harbor, after decades of poor water quality. But the harbor has made strides thanks to tools like the city’s trash wheels. Over the weekend, some 300 paddlers rallied for a floating rock concert to show their support. Bay Bulletin‘s Jennifer Gladstone was in the midst of the “floatilla”. Watch below:
