What do you do when you buy a marina and it comes with a 50,000-pound cement sailboat with weeds growing out of it? The Chesapeake Whalertowne family got creative. The long-abandoned boat is now at the bottom of the Bay, becoming habitat for oysters, fish and crabs. Cheryl Costello was there as crews cheered the sinking of the boat. Watch below:
