An unusual looking military vessel that reads “Japan Coast Guard” on the side caused excitement on the Chesapeake Bay this past week. It was the training vessel Kojima, making a stop on the Bay for the first time in five years. CBM intern William Boram went aboard in Fells Point for a private tour.
