VIDEO: June Declared Adaptive Boating Month in Md. as Sails Resume

For the third year, Maryland Governor Larry Hogan has officially declared June as Adaptive Boating Month. The honorary declaration brings awareness to the opportunities on the water for those with disabilities.

Chesapeake Region Accessible Boating (CRAB), based in Annapolis, sails and races a fleet of custom Beneteau sailboats, specially adapted for people with disabilities to operate independently. CRAB has just resumed sailing after pandemic-related restrictions.
