VIDEO: Lab-Grown "Clean Fish" Feed Inner-City Communities

In Baltimore’s underserved communities, there isn’t always access to fresh, healthy food, especially protein. But a partnership between leading aquaculture research institute IMET, the McCormick spice company, and other local organizations, is changing that. Fish grown in labs right in Baltimore will feed people without the means to buy it. 

The appropriately-named FISH (Feeding Individuals to Support Health) Project is the first of its kind. Cheryl Costello was there as the community got a taste of what’s to come.
