Natural Resources Police have already given out dozens of warnings to boat operators who may have broken the governor’s executive order, but leaders admit there are “loopholes” that could be exploited. Now that the striped bass trophy season is just a few days away, police plan to step up enforcement of the ban on everyone except those fishing for their supper.
