VIDEO: Monarch Butterflies Tagged, Released to Rebuild Population

Monarch butterflies, known through the U.S. for their beautiful orange and black pattern, are in trouble. In July monarchs were classified as endangered, with drastically dropping populations. But people on the Bay are doing their part to help these beloved butterflies as their fall migration moves southward. Cheryl Costello is there as monarchs take flight on the Patuxent River.
