VIDEO: New Adaptive Boating Center Removes Limitations for Boaters with Disabilities

It’s been a long time coming, and now the Bay’s boaters with disabilities have a custom-built place to call home. Chesapeake Region Accessible Boating (CRAB) has officially opened its Adaptive Boating Center, with a boathouse, gathering space and docks that are just the right height for making boating available to anyone.
