VIDEO: Proposed DC Channel Security Restrictions Spark Boating Access Debate

It’s a question of national security versus pleasure boating enjoyment on the Washington Channel in D.C. In a public hearing this week, owners of the nearby Wharf waterfront development, local lawmakers, and the Potomac Riverkeeper went up against the U.S. Army, over a proposed security zone around Fort McNair.
