An Annapolis sailing coach has just launched a racing challenge that’s perfect for these socially-distant times. The Good Fun Sailing Challenge is a ten-mile course on the Bay designed around permanent navigational markers like Thomas Point Light and Hackett’s Point.
Sailors can complete the course anytime, and submit results to the organizers. While traditional racing is now allowed again, this individual sailing challenge is gaining traction among those who still want to keep their distance. Cheryl Costello shows us how it works. Watch below:
