Marmalade the harbor seal was found stranded on the beach in Ocean City, Maryland in April. He was having difficulty breathing and suffered from cuts, seal pox, and pneumonia. Now, thanks to the National Aquarium in Baltimore, he returns home to the same beach a healthy seal. Bay Bulletin’s Cheryl Costello was there for the emotional moment of his release.
