May brings warm weather and the start of beach season to Maryland’s Eastern Shore. It also brings traffic at the Bay Bridge that gets more congested with every passing year.
The prospect of adding a new bridge span has everyone talking, but it would take years to get there. So the state and Eastern Shore leaders got together to come up with short-term fixes to the traffic nightmare. Bay Bulletin’s Cheryl Costello reports on the possible solutions on the table.
