Spring has officially sprung, and with it comes the 9th annual Annapolis Oyster Fest and Sock Burning. The Annapolis Maritime Museum hosts the festive gathering to ring in boating season each year.
Bay Bulletin was there as party-goers, oyster slurpers, and even Governor Larry Hogan tossed their socks into the bonfire. Watch below:
