A group of Special Olympians is training hard in Anne Arundel County, Md., and feeling that special sense of freedom you get from paddling Bay waterways.
Flatwater kayaking is one of the newest Special Olympics sports. Cheryl Costello got to join a time trial this past weekend where competitors were getting ready for the big state championship in mid-August. Watch below:
