Independence, responsibility, and fundamental boating skills are all for the taking, in the Annapolis School of Seamanship’s new Junior Captains’ Program. For the first time, the school is hosting a class for kids. And when it’s over, these pre-teens and early teens will be qualified to take a powerboat out for a spin.
