VIDEO: Two Md. Men Killed in Helicopter Crash off Bloody Point

The wreckage of a two-seat helicopter— and the bodies of the men on board— has been found in the Chesapeake Bay. The helicopter went down about a mile from Kent Island on Saturday afternoon.

The large-scale search ended south of Bloody Point at one of the Bay’s deepest spots, where the aircraft was found in about 55 feet of water. The pilot, Charles Knight, 38 of Mt. Airy, and passenger Matt Clarke, 36 of Pasadena, were both dead in the cockpit.
