Underwater grasses are thriving on the Severn River. Environmental experts say it may be the best year seen in some four decades. And right now prominent Bay photographer Jay Fleming is devoting his time to documenting “what the river should look like.” Cheryl Costello catches Fleming in action and shows us the stunning images he’s capturing.
