VIDEO: USCG Hauls Dozens of Bay Buoys for the Winter

It’s a tough, cold job, and it happens every year. The crew of the Coast Guard Cutter James Rankin replaces 66 seasonal summer buoys with a winter buoy that can withstand icy waters. USCG Chief Stephen Diggs shows us how the buoys are swapped out– and they look much bigger out of the water than in. Watch below:
