The USS Constellation, the largest example of Chesapeake Bay wooden shipbuilding still in existence, is no longer leaking.
The Civil War-era sloop-of-war left its permanent berth at Baltimore’s Inner’s Harbor in late October, due for re-caulking as some leaks had been going on for years.
