12 teenagers are in the midst of a two-week sailing cruise to eight destinations around the Bay. As Cheryl Costello reports, the Sea Scouts out of Hampton, Virginia have trained for months for this. The journey started with a 36-hour overnight passage from Hampton to Baltimore and it’s one the teens won’t soon forget. Watch below:
