As the song “Silver Bells” tells us, it’s Christmastime in the city. At the Chesapeake Bay’s urban waterfronts, there are special festivities to take in throughout December. From a worldly Christmas Village at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor to a World War II battleship featuring dazzling lights shows in Norfolk, you can get in the spirit right on the water.
